Hey Friends: Today most of us wanted to go for reversal of diabetes...so here are some tips from my side:
A recent study published in the Lancet medical journal found that weight loss can significantly help reverse type 2 diabetes. The study showed that patients who lost weight through a low-calorie diet and physical activity had a greater chance of reversing their diabetes than those who received standard care.
Another study published in the journal Diabetes Care found that following a low-carbohydrate diet for 12 months can lead to significant improvements in blood sugar control and even complete diabetes remission in some patients.
Intermittent fasting has also been shown to improve insulin sensitivity and help reverse type 2 diabetes. In one study, participants who fasted for 24 hours twice a week saw significant reductions in blood sugar levels and were able to reduce their diabetes medication.
Exercise is also a key factor in reversing diabetes. A recent study published in the journal BMJ Open Diabetes Research & Care found that regular exercise, particularly resistance training, can improve blood sugar control and even lead to diabetes reversal.
Finally, there are several dietary supplements that have been shown to help improve blood sugar control and aid in diabetes reversal, such as cinnamon, chromium, and alpha-lipoic acid. However, it's important to talk to a healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.
